Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange anything, for any reason, contact us at level1orders@gmail.com to let us know you are sending something back. Package your item(s) and a note with your name, order number and detailed instructions. Send them to the address below. Carefully read the return policies below prior to returning any item. We will process your return within 3 business days of receipt. There will be no additional shipping charge for exchanges. Please note, we do not except exchanges for KVM’s, Repeaters, Combiners, or other electronic devices.

Clothing, General Merchandise, & Cables
Domestic returns need to be received within 30 days of order delivery. International returns need to be received within 60 days of order delivery.
Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note if the returned items are not in new, unused, re-sellable condition, we will not issue a refund or pay the postage fees to ship them back to you. Garments that are missing labels, have been laundered, or have been noticeably worn are not eligible for refund or exchange.
KVM’s, Repeaters, Combiners, & Other Electronic Devices
Domestic returns need to be received within 30 days of order delivery. International returns need to be received within 60 days of order delivery.
Returned items must be in new or like-new condition in original packaging, to be eligible for a full merchandise refund. Please note if the returned items are not in new or like-new condition, missing any parts (including cables & power blocks), or in the original packaging there will be a restocking fee of 15% - 25%. Restocking fees will be determined on a case by case basis. Any return received after the 30 or 60 day return window will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be considered after 90 days without approval from Level One Techs’ technical support department.
Be sure to insure your return shipment for the full value of the item. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit to our warehouse.

Order Handling Times:
Orders are shipped within two business days.
US Shipping Options & Delivery Times:
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days (excluding Sundays)
USPS Ground Advantage - 2-6 days (excluding Sundays)
Please note: Unlike Amazon, our estimated delivery times are NOT guaranteed. We do not have the type of clout needed to guarantee USPS delivers on time.
International Shipping:
Canada - We offer FedEx Ground for Canadian orders.
Worldwide - We ship using DHL Express for all orders outside the US and Canada.
Customs Charges: The recipient (you) are responsible for your country’s custom charges and duties. We, L1 Techs cannot estimate what the customs or duties charges will be. It varies from country to country. Contact you country’s customs department to calculate what your custom charges will be based on your purchase price.
VAT Information: Your order with L1 Techs does not require a VAT invoice. Since we are in the US, we are not required to have VAT registration. Also, no tax is paid on items imported from the US, which also negates the reason for a VAT invoice as you will pay the tax upon import to your country.
Commercial Invoices: We are unable to generate a commercial invoice for your purchase. Save your order confirmation as a PDF to obtain an invoice.
How to Calculate Shipping Charges: Add your items to your cart. Begin the checkout process. You will be given choices for your shipping options and prices.
US and International Undeliverable and Unclaimed Orders: If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will issue a credit for the merchandise portion of your order. We will not refund the original shipping charge. If you would like the order to be shipped again, you will need to place a new order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, even if it is Google Autofill’s fault!
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your area is prone to thieves stealing packages, it is your responsibility to provide a shipping address that is safe for delivery.
Packaging Materials
All our packaging material is environmentally friendly. We try to reduce our use of plastic in our packaging and shipping materials. We use recycled and compostable mailers. Our cardboard mailers and boxes are made of recycled material. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable. We reuse paper packing material and boxes whenever possible.
